Hello, I recently got a old HP 15-b129wm touchsmart sleekbook. when I press the power button, the fan+hard drive whir to life and the caps lock button blinks twice, as well as the wireless connection light being on,however the display and hdmi port dont work. I looked it up, and I tried making a bios recovery usb drive, but when I extracted it into the folder, it gave me two errors. "Ihisi: get support mode fail in smi hp" and "Bios did not support InsydeFlash". I am making the recovery stick on a windows desktop pc. any help appreciated.
